The mission of eDimension LLC is to maximize educational experiences for all students by utilizing technology resources and available funding sources effectively.
eDimension LLC Experience
eDimension LLC has a unique position in the industry. Its principle and associates have been involved in K-12 technology since prior to the creation of the E-rate Program. Additionally, they have held prominent administrative positions with local school districts and an E-rate vendor corporation.
Before starting eDimension LLC, John Mollway (owner) served as the Wide Area Network Specialist (SBCUSD) and Director of Information Technology in multiple districts in the K-12 Inland Empire market. He has also performed the role of Interim IT Director when requested by local districts. During his tenures as IT Director, John was responsible for the successful E-rate filings for various districts and has been involved in E-rate since the inception of the program. Districts realized an average 148% increase in E-rate Funding commitments from prior applications when personally managed by John between 2000 and 2010.
Russ Reshaw served as the Vice President of an Inland Empire network integrator/vendor for the K-12 education market. Over the 15 years as Vice President, he was instrumental in the installation of 130 million dollars of technology services funded by the E-rate program.
The eDimension LLC team has an extensive history of successful administration of complex and expansive E-rate projects. Since its beginning, eDimension LLC has thoughtfully adhered to all applicable E-rate rules and regulations and assisted participating districts and vendors in doing so as well.
eDimension LLC is well-versed in all basic aspects of the E-rate program including technology planning, eligible services, discount calculations, etc. In addition, eDimension LLC excels in areas of program trends, rule-making processes and problem resolution options. We use care throughout the application process to avoid exposure during future program reviews or audits. During the E-rate application process, we take into consideration all district history, goals, objectives and E-rate best practices.
Coordination between various district departments (Purchasing, IT, Facilities and Curriculum and Instruction) often increases opportunities to leverage maximum funding with minimal duplication of projects. For example, modernization and educational technology expansion projects should be coordinated with E-rate funding. eDimension LLC has had successful, tangible results in facilitating such cooperative communication.
These attributes give eDimension LLC the advantage to offer calculated navigation of the E-rate program resulting in maximum funding success.
